Answers to your questions:

We have no more 1941-42 rear Sport Scout Hubs. Although, since the primary difference is the width, you could just cut the hub just behind where the sprocket seats and weld in a spacer.

We have a few NOS Speedo Drive Gears and all you would have to do is machine the hub to fit it and there you would have a hub for your 1941-42 Sport Scout..!
